ChatTag AI does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. All tags, metadata, and settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.

Website Content Access

The extension reads limited page content (such as chat titles and URLs) only for the purpose of:

• Identifying conversations
• Allowing you to assign, display, and manage tags
• Showing tagged chats in the extension interface

This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.

Permissions Usage

• storage: Save your tags and preferences locally.
• activeTab: Detect the currently open AI chat for tagging.
• host permissions: Access only the supported AI platforms to enable tagging.

No Remote Code

ChatTag AI does not load or execute any remote code. All logic is bundled inside the extension package.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties.
